In the BLOG this month: Recap- Cabin Fever Du 2 ORR Training Zoom Meet Up Training Day- June 4th Kits CABIN FEVER: Thank you to all who participated in the Cabin Fever Du 2- so much fun, and a great work out. For those who have never trained with others at a studio, this type of workout DOES push you harder than cycling solo in your pain caves. We proved that at Cabin Fever- some of the watts that were put up were simply awe inspiring. Once we finished up the "slight incline" in mile 12, we headed out for a short 5K (more like 2.8888889 miles LOL), and then back to Cycle Life for some of Patty's amazing spread- the cupcakes were to die for. Oh, and tons of pizza... So much fun training with you all!
